Jonas Lord

Born and raised in Austin, I have witnessed first hand the city's transformation from a funky hippy college town to an urban metropolis. I love this city as does almost everyone who visits. I often get asked if it bothers me how fast Austin is growing. I always say, “Not at all.”Not only is it good for my business, but from my experience, most of the people moving here embrace the ‘ weirdness’ and contribute to it!

I specialize in urban central Austin residential properties including downtown living as well as waterfront and luxury properties in Austin. Working by referral often takes me to other parts of the city and surrounding areas as well. My clients range from first time buyers to seasoned investors and developers. I take exceptional care of every client no matter the price point. Staying close for college, I received a degree in finance from the University of Texas in 2005. I have experience in the mortgage industry as well but have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since January 2005 and a Broker since 2007.

I spent the first 9 years of my real estate career at a boutique brokerage before moving to a larger firm in 2014. I had my own brokerage for the last 3 years before joining the LRG team with Austin Portfolio /Keller Willaims in early 2022. I am excited to be on a team with like minded, top producing agents who are also native Austinites. I firmly believe this move will enable me to better serve all of my clients.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jenny, and our sons, Eli and Weldon. We are likely to be found at the Barton or Bull Creek Green Belts, at Matt's El Rancho eating Bob Armstrong Dip, or losing golf balls at Great Hills Country Club.
